On 10/25/2016, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Troy Willett, 46, of 156 Links Mill Cir, Greeneville, TN for Criminal Simulation. On 10/25/2016 at 12:39 p.m. Officers responded to Breakthrough Medical where Mr. Willett was trying to pay for his appointment with a $1 bill which had been altered to look like a $20. The business said they had not encountered anything like this before and it alerted them to notify the police. Troy Willet was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30p.m. on 10/26/2016 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
