On October 17, 2016, at 9:12 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department stopped a Frank Joseph Drexler II, 39, of 127 Sycamore Cir, Jonesborough, TN, for a traffic violation. He was found to have an active warrant out of Marshall County, KY, for failure to pay child support. Drexler was placed under arrest and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond, awaiting a hearing for extradition back to Marshall County, KY.
