On 6/3/2016 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Chad Roller, 28 years of age, of 404 E. Mountainview Rd. #103 and charged him with identity theft and being a fugitive from justice.
The arrest occurred after officers responded to 404 E. Mountainview Rd. #103 on a noise disturbance call. Officers made contact with Chad Roller at the residence. When officers asked Mr. Roller for identification, he provided identification belonging to someone else. When it was found that the person Mr. Roller portrayed himself as had an active arrest warrant, he admitted that he lied about his identity. Officers then discovered that Mr. Roller was wanted in Bristol, Virginia for two counts of distribution of cocaine and failure to appear.
Mr. Roller was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and is currently being held without bond. His arraignment is set for 6/6/2016 at 1:30 PM in Washington County Sessions Court.
