On 6/2/16 at approximate 2:30 a.m. Officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 704 Swadley Rd. Prior to arrival officers were informed that a man had been struck in the head with the butt stock of a shotgun by his roommate, The victim’s injury was minor and no medical treatment was needed. Once on scene a short foot pursuit ensued resulting in the capture and arrest of 22 year old Cade E. Knight of 704 Swadley Rd. The weapon was subsequently found in his vehicle along with Schedule VI and Schedule IV narcotics. Knight was charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault, possession of Schedule VI, Schedule IV narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and evading arrest. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on an $8,000 dollar bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on 6/2/16 at 1:30 p.m.
