On 07/25/13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Marlon Brando McKeage (242 W Main Street ,#10, Johnson City, TN 37604) charging him with Theft of Property over $10,000.00 (vehicle).
On 07/08/13, officers responded to U-Haul, 112 Commerce St, Johnson City, TN 37604 in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival officers spoke with employees who stated that they were contacted by Kingsport Police Department on 07/03/12 who advised that they had a U-Haul truck in their possession that was involved in an accident in their jurisdiction. Further investigation revealed that the truck had been stolen from their lot on 07/03/13. Evidence found in the vehicle lead police to arrest Marlon Brando McKeage.
McKeage is charged with Theft of Property (over $10,000.00 vehicle) and is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000.00 bond. Arraignment is set for McKeage at 1:30 pm on 07/26/13 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
