On 03/19/16 at approx. 1145 hours, officers arrested Christopher S. Street, 24 years of age, of 3508 McKinley Rd, Johnson City, and charged him with Obtaining Narcotics by Fraud. The arrest occurred after Mr. Street attempted to pass a prescription at CVS Pharmacy, 840 W. Market Street, which had been altered to include a medication for which Mr. Street had not been prescribed. Mr. Street was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 03/21/16 at 1330 hours to be arraigned.
