On 03/19/16 at approx. 1145 hours, officers arrested Christopher S. Street, 24 years of age, of 3508 McKinley Rd, Johnson City, and charged him with Forgery under $500. The arrest occurred after Mr. Street attempted to pass a prescription at CVS Pharmacy, 840 W. Market Street, which had been altered to include a medication for which Mr. Street had not been prescribed. Mr. Street was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 03/21/16 at 1330 hours to be arraigned.
