On 7/19/13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Steven Craig Seals (210 Broyles Dr. #139, 49 years old) and charged him with burglary and theft under $500.00.
On 7/12/13, a report was made of a burglary at 2909 Rocky Top Rd. The burglary was captured on surveillance video and Seals was developed as a suspect after being recognized from that video.
Mr. Seals was located in Kingsport and was placed under arrest and transported to Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $11,000.00 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 7/22/13 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
