Alerted to a white male, Mr. David Fitzmaurice, age 33, of 610 Washington St, Erwin TN. Mr. Fitzmaurice was arrested
For Violation of Sex Offender Registry TCA 40-39-208. Mr. Fitzmaurice was transported to the Washington County
Detention Center where he waits arraignment for Monday December 14, 2015 at 1:30 pm. Mr. Fitzmaurice is being
Held with a bond of $10,000 dollars.
