On 12/09/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Bradley A. Necessary (109 W. Locust Street, JC, TN; 18 years old) and charged him with False Reporting and Criminal Trespass.
On 10/21/15, officers responded to 301 Jay Street on the report of Robbery. Upon arrival, officers met Bradley A. Necessary, who stated that a subject known to him took a $30 Chicago Bulls cap from atop his head by force. With the assistance of surveillance footage and witness statements, officers were able to determine that Necessary lied about the incident. Furthermore, Necessary was found to have been banned from Johnson City Housing Authority property in July of 2012.
As a result, Necessary was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $6,000 bond. His arraignment hearing is set for 12/10/15 at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
