On 11/6/15, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Matthew S. Buckingham (110 Reeser Rd., Apt. 27, Johnson City, 28 years old) and Kimberly H. McNees (110 Reeser Rd., Apt. 27, Johnson City,  35 years old). Buckingham was charged with shoplifting over $1,000 and McNees was charged with theft of property over $500.

On 11/10/15, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher B. Boyd (110 Reeser Rd., Apt. 27, Johnson City, 32 years old) and charged him with theft of property under $500.

On 11/3/15, employees of Academy Sports, 925 Hamilton Place, reported that merchandise had been stolen from the store and returned later the same day on each day, 10/31/15-11/03/15. Further investigation revealed that Buckingham stole the merchandise, then McNees and Boyd would return the merchandise for gift cards.

On 11/6/15, Matthew Buckingham and Kimberly McNees were arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where Buckingham is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond and McNees is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 11/10/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

On 11/10/15, Christopher B. Boyd was cited into Washington County General Sessions Court and his arraignment is set for at 1:30 p.m. on 12/7/15.
