On 10/15/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested a 49 year old female and charged her with Drug Fraud and Theft under $500. Arrested was Vicki Boy of 1449 Mill Springs Rd. Jonesborough, Tn.
The theft arrest stems from an investigation into the theft of prescription pills from a residence in Johnson City in which Mrs. Boy was employed to take care of during the absence of the homeowner. The drug fraud arrest stems from an investigation into the fraudulent obtaining of prescription pills from a pharmacy in Johnson City in the name of the same victim.
Mrs. Boy turned herself in to officers at the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of an $11,000 bond. Her arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 10/19/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
