On 07/27/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Charlene McCloud (110 Rebeccas Lane, Johnson City, TN 31 years old) and charged her with twenty one counts of Identity Theft, eighteen counts of Theft of Property under $500, and three counts of Theft of Property over $500. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report that was filed by the victim who stated that her credit card had been stolen and used several times in Johnson City. Mrs. McCloud is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 07/28/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
