SUBJECT: Sales of Schedule VI DATE: 7/15/15 TIME:5:00 a.m.

On 7/15/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Robert T Eng (5255 Derby Ave., Spring Hill, FL, 31 years old) and charged him with Manufacture/Delivery/Sales of Schedule VI, Drug Equipment Violation, and Violation of Light Law.
At approximately 02:01 a.m., officers were on routine patrol when they observed a dark colored Volkswagen Toureg traveling on S Roan St. with no lights on. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver Mr. Robert Eng. While speaking with him officers noticed the distinct and strong smell of raw marijuana emitting from the vehicle. When officers asked Mr. Eng to exit the vehicle they observed a small bag of a leafy green substance in plain view along with a plastic grinder. Officers then conducted a more thorough search of the vehicle after detaining the suspect and located a large bag of a leafy green substance in the glove box. Total weight of both bags of marijuana was approximately 127 grams.
Police arrested Mr. Eng, and transported him to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $11,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 7/15/15, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
