On 7/7/15, investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kari Danielle Carter (age 25) Thomas “Maxwell” Hensley (age 24) both of 300 Castlewood Ct and charged them with Manufacture/Delivery and or Sale of Schedule VI and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
On 7/7/15 at 11:15 a.m.,. officers responded to 300 Castlewood Ct. where a search warrant was being served. During the course of the search an indoor marijuana grow was located in the basement of the residence. Johnson City Police investigators took possession of the evidence involved with the indoor marijuana grow.
Carter and Hensley were placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where they are being held in lieu of an $11,000 bond each. Arraignment is set for 1:45 p.m. on 7/8/2015 in Washington County Session Court.
