On 5/21/15, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Hugh Campbell (Johnson City, 64 years old) charging him with (3cts) sexual battery and aggravated sexual battery.
On 5/12/15, an investigation was initiated and conducted parallel with Child Protective Services.
On 5/21/15, Campbell was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $65,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 am. on 5/22/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
