On 5/6/15, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Dakota Austin Davis (613 Montgomery St., Johnson City, 21 years old) charging him with especially aggravated robbery and theft under $500.
On 1/14/15, officers responded to a call of a robbery that occurred on Wyndale Rd. Officers met with a delivery driver for Mid-City Grill who advised that when he attempted to deliver food, he was robbed at gunpoint by three men. During the investigation, Davis was developed as a suspect. This is the third arrest in the investigation.
On 2/12/15, Investigators arrested Matthew Dammann (1408 Colony Park, Johnson City, 20 years old) and on 2/13/15, Investigators arrested Benjamin Neis-Eldridge (Johnson City, 21 years old). Both Dammann and Neis-Eldridge were also charged with especially aggravated robbery and theft under $500.
On 5/6/15, Davis was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of $51,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. on 5/7/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
