On 5/5/15, investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Angela Nikki Milhorn (263 Bethel Rd, Bristol, Va., 35 years old) charging her with identity theft, forgery, and theft of property over $500.
On 3/18/15, the victim reported an identity theft that had occurred in February at financial institution where she was doing business. Milhorn was an employee of the business and it was discovered that she took out a loan in the victim’s name. The business fully cooperated in the investigation.
On 5/5/15, Milhorn was taken into custody and she was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 5/6/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
