On 3/12/15, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kimberly Delfino Edwards (410 Huffman Rd. Piney Flats, 40 years old) charging her with accessory after the fact of murder.
The arrest is the result of a presentment made to the grand jury earlier this week. Edwards arrest is the result of her involvement in the homicide of Timothy Peregory Sr. that occurred on 4/3/13.
Edwards was taken into custody this date without incident and was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Edwards will have an upcoming court date in the April-June term of Criminal Court.
