On 2/9/15, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Heather Quillen (488 Tavern Hill Rd., Jonesborough, 29 years old) charging her with theft over $500.
On 11/9/14, the victim reported that 2 guitars were stolen from his residence. On 1/13/15, the victim recognized his guitars at a local pawn shop and contacted investigators. The investigation revealed that Quillen had access to the property and was a friend of the victim’s roommate. Pawn records verified that Quillen pawned the property and when she didn’t return to pick the items up, they were put up for sale.
On 2/9/15, Quillen was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. on 2/10/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
