On 01/12/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Michael D Duncan (1307 Ballard Rd Johnson City,
20 years old) and charged him with domestic aggravated assault.
At approximately 5:50 a.m. on 01/11/15, officers met with the victim who advised that
Mr. Duncan, her ex-boyfriend, had assaulted her at 702 Antioch Rd. The victim had abrasions on her
hands, but did not wish to have medical treatment.
Police later located Mr. Duncan at the Taco Bell on North Roan St. He was placed under arrest and transported to
The Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $40,000 bond. Arraignment is set for
1:30p.m. on 01/15/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
