On 01/02/2015, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Megan Guy, 21 years of age, of 199 Taylor Hollow Rd, Elizabethton, TN and charged her with the Manufacture, Deliver, or Sell of a Controlled Substance.
The arrest occurred after Ms. Guy was stopped for a traffic violation at approximately 0300 hours at the intersection of N. Roan St//E. Mountcastle Dr and was found to have 96 pills in her possession that field-tested positive for MDMA (ecstasy).
Ms. Guy was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Ms. Guy is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on 01/02/15.
