On 12/19/14, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Frederick Heath (1301 Seminole Dr., Apt 95B, 22 years old) charging him with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000.
On 12/17/14, officers responded to a burglary that had just occurred in the apartment complex of 1301 Seminole Dr., Heights of 1301. During the course of that investigation multiple items of property were recovered the suspects apartment. The stolen property was found to have been stolen from another apartment in the complex. Entry had been forced into the victim’s residence on 11/25/14 while the residents were away.
On 12/19/14, Heath was taken into custody and was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $30.000 bond. He is scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. on 12/22/14 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
