On December 12, 2014 Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Valerie R. Hicks, a 41 year old
W/F who resides at # 3 Trivette Concourse Apt. #8 Johnson City, TN 37601. The arrest stemmed from an investigation
of a shoplifting at 2011 N. Roan St. (Belks) in which $639.00 worth of merchandise was taken. Ms. Hicks is being held in
the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000.00 bond with an initial appearance in Washington County
Sessions Court on December 11, 2014 at 1:30 pm.
