On 10/29/2014 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Latoyia Griffith, a 30 year old female of 172 Mullins Street Kingsport, TN, on the charges of Aggravated Domestic Assault. Officers responded to a 911 call at Mile Marker 13 on Interstate 26 from a male victim stating the Defendant had attempted to run him over with her car three times. Based upon the victim’s statement, two witness statements, and evidence at the scene, a warrant was issued for the defendant and she was located and taken into custody at 1017 West Stone Drive, Kingsport. The defendant was charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault and is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond and awaiting a court hearing on 10/30/2014 in Washington County General Sessions Court
