On 9/6/14, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jeremy D. Carson (904 Jackson Ave Johnson City, 38 years old) and charged him with attempted aggravated burglary.
On 9/1/14 at 3:47 p.m., officers responded to 609 Spring Hill Rd in reference to an attempted burglary. Officers made contact with the complainant who advised that a male was attempting to enter his apartment by using a credit card to unlock the front door of the residence.
Police identified Jeremy D. Carson as the male who was attempting to enter the apartment. He was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County General Sessions Court on Monday, 9/8/14, at 1:30 p.m.
