On 08/26/14, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jeremiah P. Lovelady 37 yr. old male, 2314 Nave Drive, Johnson City, TN 37604.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a report that suspect Jeremiah Lovelady, has been getting prescriptions for Oxycodone for an undetermined time in his ex-wife’s name and also another women’s name. Subsequent investigation showed that from 09/28/12 to 07/30/14 a total of twenty six prescriptions where filled by Lovelady using his ex-wife personal information. The medications obtained are Oxycodone HCL 30 Mg tablets. A total of 3210 pills where obtained. During the investigation it was discovered that Lovelady had also been using his current girlfriend personal information to also obtain Oxycodone HCL 30 Mg tablets for a total of 3060 tablets. This has been occurring from 01/19/13 to 07/25/14.
Jeremiah P. Lovelady is charged with Identity Theft (48 counts) and Drug Fraud (48 counts). He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Facility in lieu of a $100,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Session Court on 08/27/14 at 1:30 PM.
