On 08/18/2014 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Paul T. Holly, who resides at 6 Trivette Concourse #7, Johnson City, TN, a 24 year old male, on the charge of Aggravated Domestic Assault. Officers responded to a 911 call at 4 Trivette Concourse #8, Tyler Apartments, from the defendant’s wife, stating that he was attempting to kick a door down. Investigation revealed the defendant allegedly grabbed his wife by the arm and neck and kicked her during an argument. The victim was transported to the hospital for her injuries. The defendant was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Domestic Assault and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on $25,000 bond and awaiting a court hearing on 08/18/2014 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
