On April 17, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jaqwayle M. Madison, b/m, 12/23/94, 1725 Nathaniel Drive #50, Johnson City, TN 37604. The arrest is a result of an investigation where Madison is accused stealing a vehicle on 03/23/13. Madison is charged with Theft of Property over $500.00 and is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,000.00 bond. Madison is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on April 17, 2013 at 1:30 PM.
