On 03/07/14, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department’s Special Investigation Squad followed up on citizen’s complaints of illegal narcotics activity at 103 S. Beech St. Apartment #8. As a result of the investigation Sherry Y. Young 103 S. Beech St, TN. (age 32) was arrested for Maintaining a dwelling where controlled substances are kept or sold..
Young was transported to the WCDC where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Young’s arraignment is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on 03/10/14 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
