Department of Motor Vehicles/National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System/National Crime Information Center
The Wireless suite uses multiple data sources to retrieve details about people, vehicles and weapons. Any of these reportable items can be queried against local, state or national databases (e.g. DMV/NLETS/NCIC). When an officer performs a query using a driver’s license or social security number, our wireless reporting application automatically checks NCIC for warrants.
To reduce the amount of manual entry, demographic results from an inquiry can be utilized within a report, including the generation of arrest tickets from incident reports. When integrated with image databases, our application also returns mug-shots along with person results to help in identification. In addition to returning vehicle status, the vehicle’s license tag status (e.g. stolen, invalid, expired etc.) is also returned to the officer in mere seconds.

    Import/Export
Our Wireless application works with other software vendors to ensure data compatibility between products. Automatic exports occur at specified intervals to guarantee that data collected from the field is available, near real-time.

    Administrative Tools
The Wireless suite includes browser-based administrative tools to manage security, reporting, messaging and other functions over the local area network. The security application administrates the assignment of officers to a device, password changes, and the disabling/enabling of users and devices. In addition, reports are available to allow administrators to monitor the use of each application.

    Social Media Endeavors
