On 11/26/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Millicent D Robinson (112 E Pine St, Johnson City, TN, 31) and charged her with credit card fraud.
The arrest stems from an investigation where on Monday 11/23/2020 officers spoke with the victim who stated they noticed several fraudulent charges on their account. The investigation identified Robinson as the suspect.
Robinson was served with the warrant at her residence and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Robinson has a preliminary court appearance scheduled for 11/30/2020 at 1:30 pm in Washington County Sessions Court.
