On November 17, 2020, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Justin M. Shaw, 22 years old, currently residing in Telford, TN, on charges of Child Abuse.
The arrest came as a result of an investigation of an incident that occurred on 05/22/20 in an apartment located on Washington Ave in Johnson City. The investigation revealed that on 05/22/20, the 2 year old victim received injuries while in the care of Mr. Shaw.
Mr. Shaw is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond with an arraignment set for Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 at 1:30pm in the Washington County General Sessions Court.
