On 01/17/2014 at approximately 12:15am, Officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. recognized a wanted
person, Daniel Koval (02/02/1974, w/m, 812 E. Maple St. #2), sitting in a parked car on E. Main St. at
Spring St. while on routine patrol. Koval had a confirmed warrant for Tampering with Evidence and Resisting
Arrest. He was immediately placed in to custody and transported to the Washington County Detention
Center with a bond of $50,000 and a court date of 01/21/14 at 1:00pm in General Sessions Court.
