On 1/09/14, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Michael Jason Tolley (914 West View Circle, 35 years old) charging him with theft over $1,000.
On 10/13/13, officers responded to the victim’s apartment. The victim advised that Tolley and two other individuals were invited to her apartment. After they left, the victim noticed jewelry and cash missing. The investigation revealed that Tolley was responsible for the theft.
On 1/09/14, Tolley was taken into custody following a traffic stop. Tolley was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is currently being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:30 a.m. on 1/10/14 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
