On 11/30/2019 at approximately 2030 hours, officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 1709 Buccaneer Drive in reference to a 49-year-old female who was found deceased in her bathtub after a tenant living in the apartment below noticed water dripping from her ceiling and called a maintenance person to investigate.
The body was transported to the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center where an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death. An investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division is continuing. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification to the family.
