On 9/8/2019, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Randle K. Hagler (2719 S. Roan St. #6, 48 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Assault.
On 5/29/2019 at approximately 5:30 P.M. officers responded to Hagler’s listed address in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers met with the victim who advised earlier in the day, he and Hagler had been in a verbal argument at the Sunoco at 1001 S. Roan St. During the argument, the victim stated Hagler pulled out a saw blade from his pocket, at which time, the victim fled inside the store. Hagler was found to have a warrant out of Sullivan County at that time and transported for their custody.
Johnson City Police took Hagler into custody on this date and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $7,500 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 P.M. on 9/9/2019 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
