On 11/27/2013 , Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Danielle Whitson, 401 Academy, St., Erwin, TN, age 31, after an investigation of an embezzlement at WalMart, 3111 Browns Mill Rd. Whitson, an employee of WalMart, provided a statement to officers admitting to taking over $1,900 from registers over the past three months. Whitson was charged with Theft Over $1000 and is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center under a $10,000 Bond. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on 11/29/13 at 10:30 am.
