On 02/13/19, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Dalvin J Robinson a.k.a. Dalvin J Stephens (General Delivery, 26 years old) and charged him with aggravated assault and simple assault (domestic).
At approximately 11:15 p.m. on 02/12/19, officers responded to 1810 Parkwood Ln Apt 12. After meeting the victim, she advised that Mr. Robinson had threatened her at gun point at 1709 W State of Franklin Rd. The victim stated that while at gun point Mr. Robinson made threats to kill her and her children. The victim also stated that Mr. Robinson had physically assaulted her on 02/10/19. Warrants for simple assault and aggravated assault were obtained for Mr. Robinson.
Police located Mr. Robinson in the parking lot of the Johnson Inn 2700 W Market St. He was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where warrants for simple assault (domestic) and aggravated assault were served on him. He is being held in lieu of a $26,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 02/14/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
