On 1/14/19, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher Jackson (517 Lamont St, Johnson City, 38 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Simple Assault.
The arrest comes as a result of an investigation of two incidents that occurred at 4:15am on 1/14/19 in the parking lot of 400 N State of Franklin Rd. A male suspect identified as Christopher Jackson, chased a female into the medical center from the parking lot putting her in fear for her safety. A short time later Jackson approached a male victim who was sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot and stabbed him in the arm through the window. Christopher Jackson was taken into custody on the scene of the incident. The victim sustained minor non-life threatening injuries.
On 1/14/19, Christopher Jackson was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $27,500 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 1/15/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
