On 12/14/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Yasheiana Shell, 19 years of age, of 1209 Cassell Valley
Way, Knoxville, TN and charged her with Theft of Property over $2,500.
The arrest is the result of an investigation into a shoplifting that occurred at Victoria’s Secret on 11/15/18. Through
the course of the investigation, Shell was identified as one of the suspects in the incident taking approximately
$4,362 worth of merchandise.
On 12/14/18, Yasheiana Shell was placed under arrest and booked into the Washington County Detention Center
where she is being held in lieu of a $3,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 12/17/18 in Washington County
General Sessions Court.
