On 12/12/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jessica M. Miller (404 W 6th North St, Morristown, TN 37814: 21 years old) and charged her with stolen property over $1000 (receiving or concealing), unlawful drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, and simple possession of a schedule II substance.
At approximately 3:11 p.m., officers responded to 3110 E Oakland Ave (Big Lots) where Ms. Miller was found passed out in the driver’s seat of a 2006 White Chevy Impala, TN Tag 2L44X0. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Morristown TN. A search of the vehicle was conducted and 3 325mg acetaminophen/hydrocodone bitartrate (schedule II substance) pills, .6g of methamphetamine, and 5 needle/syringes were found.
Ms. Miller was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she was held on a $8,000 bond. Her arraignment hearing is set for 12/13/2018 at 1:30 pm in Washington County General Sessions Court.
