On November 12, 2018 at 12:58 am, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 21 year old Nicholas E. Ray of Johnson City. Ray was stopped for a traffic violation on North Roan St. and found to be in possession of marijuana and Adderall. Nicholas E. Ray was placed under arrest for a light law violation, Possession of Schedule II and VI for resale. He is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond in the Washington County Detention Center. He is scheduled to be arraigned on November 13, 2018 at 1:30 pm.
