On 04/23/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Tamara M. Baird, 38 year old, 100 N. Roan St., Johnson City, and charged her with Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to the Baymont Inn located at 2606 N. Roan St. in reference to a domestic disturbance. Ms. Baird had thrown a knife at her boyfriend during an argument and resisted Officers while being placed into custody.
Ms. Baird was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center. An arraignment is scheduled for 04/24/2018 at 1:30pm in Washington County General Sessions Court.
