On 03/23/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Nolan Ty Davis, 32 years old, of P.O. Box 6000 Mountain Home, TN and charged him with one count of Identity theft and two counts of attempted Identity theft. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report that was filed by the victim who stated that his debit card had been stolen and found to have been used on one occasion and attempted two other times. Mr. Davis is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Arraignment is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on 03/26/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
