On 10/30/13, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jazmyn Whiteside (113 E. Watauga Ave., Johnson City, 19 years old) and charged her with Theft over $500.00, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
On 9/6/13, officers responded to 3111 Browns Mill Rd., Wal Mart, on a shoplifting. During the investigation it was determined that Whiteside selected items totaling more than $500.00 and passed the point of sale without making payment. Whiteside fled from the scene.
On 10/30/13, Investigators located Jazmyn Whiteside and placed under arrest and transported her to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of $6,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 10/31/13 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
