On March 11th 2018 at 3:17am, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jordan Logan Loveday, 21 years old, of 2320 Grazeland Dr, Morristown, TN, and charged him with Possession of schedule VI with intent to sell, Unlawful drug paraphernalia, and Misuse of registration.
The arrest stems from Officers locating a vehicle using a license plate assigned to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was then conducted near the downtown area. During the stop, Officers located drug paraphernalia and approximately 4.3oz of a green leafy substance believe to be marijuana inside the vehicle.
Mr. Loveday is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $11,000 bond. Mr. Loveday’s arraignment has been set for Monday, March 11th 2018 at 1:30pm
