On March 07, 2018, Officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested George Darrell Bray Jr (3406 W Market St, apt 119, 34 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Assault. Officers also arrested Gregory Langdon (3406 W Market St, apt 126, 47 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Assault.
At approximately 9:29 pm, March 6, 2018, officers responded to The Park N’ Stay Inn, 3406 W Market St in reference to shots fired. When officers arrived, they located a 32 year old male victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported by EMS to the Johnson City Medical Center, where he underwent surgery and is currently listed in critical condition.
Witnesses were interviewed and officers reviewed video surveillance footage that captured the incident. It was determined that the victim got into an altercation in the parking lot with George Bray and the victim was ultimately stabbed several times by Bray. Bray got into a vehicle and then struck the victim with the vehicle. A second male suspect, later identified as Gregory Langdon was then captured on video firing a pistol at the fleeing vehicle. Langdon then fled the scene in his own vehicle.
Officers located George Bray at a family member’s residence in the city. Gregory Langdon later returned to the Park N’ Stay and was located in his room. A 9mm handgun was also recovered in the room.
George Bray was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond. Gregory Landgon was also placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
