On 10/28/13, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Constance Cervino (1371 Sager Road Dandridge TN, 45 years old) for Driving on Suspended License and Introduction of Schedule IV into a Penal Facility.
At approximately 11:16 a.m., on 10/28/13, officers responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Watauga Ave. and Baxter St. It was learned that Ms. Cervino was a driver involved in the crash. A computer check of her driver’s license revealed her license is currently suspended. Ms. Cervino was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center for Driving on Suspended License - 1st offense. An on duty correctional officer searched Ms. Cervino and discovered that she was hiding a clear plastic baggy containing Suboxone strips on her person. Ms. Cervino had attempted to introduce those into the jail. She is currently being held in lieu of a $6,000 bond. An arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m., on 10/29/13, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
