On 01/11/2018, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jeremy T Bedichek (1433 Stratford Rd Apt 2, Kingsport, TN 41 years old). Jeremy Bedichek was charged with one count of False Reporting.
On 01/11/2018 at 11:31 hours, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at 1001 S Roan St. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Jeremy Bedichek. Bedichek stated that he was assaulted at another location by an unknown male and his vehicle had been stolen.
Witnesses at the location of which Bedichek stated the incident occurred stated that Bedichek came to the location on foot without a vehicle in sight. After further investigation, officers discovered Bedichek’s story had been fabricated.
Police arrested Mr. Bedichek and he was transported to the Washington County Detention, where his bond was set at $5,000 and an arraignment was set for 01/12/2017, at 10:30 am.
